PopCue ("PopCue", "we", "our", or "us") is operated by Vensuli Foods LLC, United States. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you access our mobile application, website, surveys, and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By using PopCue, you agree to the practices described in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the Service.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information directly from you, automatically from your device, and through your participation in surveys. We also may receive limited information from service providers who support the operation of the Service. The categories below describe the types of information we collect and how they are used.
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you create an account, complete your profile, participate in surveys, or communicate with us, you provide certain information voluntarily. This includes your account information—such as your email address, age range, and any optional demographic details you choose to provide—which allows us to register and maintain your account and provide access to the Service.
You may also choose to provide additional profile information to help us match you with relevant survey opportunities. This may include details such as dietary preferences, lifestyle or consumption habits, household size, household income range, employment category or industry, shopping habits, or general interests and preferences. Providing profile information is entirely optional; however, your responses may affect the number or type of survey invitations you receive.
When you participate in a survey on the Service, we collect the responses you submit, including your answers, selections, feedback, and opinions. Your survey responses may be combined with your profile information to determine eligibility, improve relevance, and generate aggregated insights.
If you earn rewards for completing surveys, we collect the information needed to fulfill those rewards, such as your email address and confirmation that a reward has been delivered or redeemed. We do not collect or store payment card numbers or banking information.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you use the Service, certain information is automatically collected from your device and interactions. This information helps us operate, secure, and improve the Service, understand usage patterns, validate survey quality, and prevent fraudulent activity.
Automatically collected information may include your device type, operating system version, browser type (if you access the website), IP address (which may be used to infer approximate location), language settings, and other technical attributes. We also collect information about how you interact with the Service, such as pages or screens viewed, features accessed, time spent in the app, survey completion events, referral activity, navigation patterns, and diagnostics including error reports and crash logs.
If you visit the Service through our website, we may use cookies or similar technologies to understand how visitors interact with the page, measure traffic patterns, and improve website performance. These cookies do not collect survey responses, profile information, or account data. We do not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as there is no consistent industry standard for how to interpret them. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We may use third-party analytics and performance monitoring tools to help us understand usage patterns, improve the Service, and diagnose technical issues.
1.3 Information from Other Sources
We may receive limited information about you from service providers or partners who support authentication, analytics, fraud prevention, reward fulfillment, or referral programs. This information is used to verify activity, improve quality, and maintain the security of the Service. If combined with information collected directly, we treat it as personal information under this Privacy Policy.
1.4 De-Identified and Aggregated Information
We may create aggregated or de-identified data derived from your profile information, usage data, and survey responses. This information does not identify you and may be used for research, analysis, reporting, or product improvement. Once de-identified, this information is not subject to this Privacy Policy.

Profile Information
You may update or delete optional profile information at any time within your account settings. Completing profile questions is optional, but doing so may affect your eligibility for certain surveys.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to help protect personal information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure. While we take steps to safeguard your information, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
